For the kick-off of the residency we cordially invite you to TRAFO Jena on 09.07.22 to initiate the upcoming research process and exchange of experiences between Arts & Science together with artists, scientists, funders and supporters of the past and this year's edition.

During a small snack, personal experiences from arts and science can be exchanged and new networks can be established.

Program items
- Presentation of the project "Künstlerische Tatsachen"
- Panel discussion on the annual theme "Tension" as part of the Arts & Science encounter. The joint research on organisms, social conditions, states of the human psyche and other topics will be illuminated and reflected by artists and scientists.
- Presentation of the participating artists and scientists at the Arts & Science Residency 2022
