- Isolation of human monocytes from serum and differentiation into dendritic cells
- Incubation of cells with Candida albicans
- Live cell imaging of the interaction using InCell technology
- Evaluation of free human DNA during the incubation time
The number of participants will be limited to 6 since sterile work spaces are required for all participants.
